When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, pincode, city and state. We use this only to confirm, ship and support your order, and to send order updates on WhatsApp or SMS. We share your address and phone number only with our courier and fulfilment partners. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. We do not sell your data. To have your data deleted, message us on WhatsApp at +91 98982 14556.
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned. If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with a wrong item, send a photo and unboxing video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. Prepaid refunds are processed to the original UPI/payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
If you have a skin reaction, stop use right away and contact us. Always do a patch test before first use.
We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, and delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your pincode. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch. Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp once the order ships.
GlowFold products are cosmetics for external use only. Results vary from person to person. The tone-up tint gives an instant cosmetic even look; brightening needs regular use for 2–4 weeks. Do not use on the intimate (vaginal) area, nipples, near the eyes or on broken skin. Prices include all taxes. We may cancel orders that cannot be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp.
